PTO Events

Welcome Back & New Families Community Dinner:  Sept 24th at Carrier Park Picnic Pavilion

·        This event will replace the community potluck.

·        PTO will provide hot dogs, hamburgers (veggie and non)

·        We ask families to donate side items

                      k-2 salad, green, or fruit

                      3-5 side dish

                      6-8 dessert

·         4hr volunteer time commitment to help with set up/breakdown

Winter Performance: Dec 16th

·        PTO provides set-up, food & drinks & clean-up

·        4 hour commitment or less if you help w/food

 Information Meetings Feb 3rd and March 3rd

• PTO provides childcare & info about our wonderful school to prospective families.

• 2-3hr volunteer hour commitment

 Spring Fling May 7th.

• Sky is the limit!! PTO’s biggest event!

• Includes planning meetings, phone calls, set-up, clean-up, assistance at the event 

• 10+ volunteer hour commitment  

 PTO morning coffees – Nov 24th, Jan 27th, March7th

• PTO to set-up, clean-up & provide the snacks

• 3-4 volunteer hour commitment

PTO Planning Meetings -October, Feb, April

• Reduced to Bi-monthly meetings held the first Monday of the month

•  Meeting time is 2:30-3:30 on campus

• 1-2 hr volunteer hour commitment per meeting
